This basically involves rejuvenation of the forehead with a forehead lift, correction of the upper and lower eyelids - aging eyelids by removal of skin and a facelift. However, other solutions to the vagaries of aging may be addressed and solved. For example, a facelift may be done with cheek implants to correct the sunken in hollow cheeks of the elderly face. It may require a combination of a facelift and a rhinoplasty (nose job) to correct the ptotic nose or hook nose. By shortening the nose and repositioning the cartilages of the nose in a more youthful profile will be achieved.

Dr. Dedo has researched, published and presented his technique for correction of the aging neck. Dr Dedo is considered the father of laser activated cosmetic surgery. He invited Dr. Rodrigo Neira from Columbia to present his basic research on laser liposuction. From this work Dr. Dedo has expanded the use of the laser to all areas of cosmetic surgery.

Liposuction of buttocks Dr. Dedo was the first surgeon to do liposuction in Palm Beach County in 1983. He has published a definitive article on liposuction of the head and neck following his research proving that liposuction was not only a safe procedure, but a "cosmetic" procedure with predictable results. He has shared his expertise by holding over forty workshops and teaching over 250 doctors from all over the world safe methods of liposcution.
